Ray Anderson (1934-2011), former CEO of Interface, changed business as usual by recognizing his "plundering ways," then innovating his industry to create reciprocal value throughout the value chain. Anderson reshaped his industry and the way Fortune 500's do business by instilling in many of them, his social responsibility mantra.
Anderson's work at Interface inspired Mellissa Riddle to get involved in supporting social entrepreneurs.
